I came across mine which I got when I worked at Capital City Distribution. Wholesale cost: $4. I still have the invoice which lists the release date as Monday, 10/10/94.<BR/><BR/>The plastic bag must have been ordered by Penney's as my set came in a nondescript small cardboard box.
